Data protection
Our company processes personal data for the purpose of
entering into and order-related fulfillment of business
relationships. All data categories for the fulfillment of
pre-contractual and contractual obligations are affected.
Transfer of data to third parties
Personal data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary
to fulfill the business purpose.
Legality and Data Processing
The collection, processing and use of personal data takes place within the framework of the legally permissible acc. Art. 5,6 and 9 GDPR. If personal data is collected from the data subject, the person has the right to transparent information in accordance with Article 13 GDPR. In principle, only such information is processed and used that is necessary for the fulfillment of operational tasks and is directly related to the processing purpose. Here, the personal data are processed in accordance with Article 9 GDPR and Section 22 BDSG are observed. The handling and processing of sensitive data is acc. DSGVO only permitted under the principle of reservation of permission or with the submission of a legal basis.
The rights of those affected
According to Article 15 ff GDPR, data subjects have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction and objection to the processing of their data.
The right of data subjects to object
According to Article 13 (2) point c GDPR, data subjects have the right to object to their consent to the handling and processing of personal data for the future if the processing is based on Article 6 (1a) or Article 9, 2a GDPR. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation is not affected. However, a revocation and failure to provide the required data usually means that the purpose for which the data was or must be collected cannot be fulfilled. Deletion of personal data
Personal data will be deleted if the purpose for storage no longer applies and no legal norm (statutory retention periods) prescribes the retention of the data. The requirements of Article 17 GDPR in conjunction with Section 35 BDSG apply. If deletion is not possible due to legal, contractual, commercial or tax law reasons, the processing of the data can be restricted at the request of the person concerned. Written form is required for exercising the right.
The right of data subjects to data portability
The company ensures the right to data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR. Every person concerned has the right to receive a copy of their personal data in a machine-readable file format.
